I have one expired domain and I have some posts there. I made one post that I don't need and that post got attacked by spammy websites . So now my "mydomain.com/mypost " has these metrics on ahef

Should I delete the post in which case those backlinks wont matter anymore or just keep the post because of RD and more backlinks.

Oh also the anchors are all of my domain . "www.mydomain.com"

The fact that you delete it won't help you. Backlinks will still keep pointing to your site and any software will crawl your entire site to find potential targets. Deleting it won't make you much good imo.

I was talking to someone last night who has the same issue, hundreds of crappy spam links pointing to his domain/site.

Disavow is one option, if you want to go down that route.
I found for him the ip of one of the sources, so that might be worth investigating too, to see where they're coming from.

I think you should start disavowing those spammy links.
