I'll try to keep it short.

I created a website 1 month ago in HTML/CSS as a personal/company self promoting website.
The website has 4 pages only, no blog, all with links to social network profiles:
    • HOME
    • ABOUT
    • SUPER LONG JOB DESCRIPTION PAGE (text with 3000 something words)
    • CONTACT
The purpose of the "SUPER LONG JOB DESCRIPTION PAGE" was to draw attention with my industry/job related keywords to anyone who searched for them.

The website has been ranking for one particular keyword I wanted on Bing and Yahoo only, but it's ranking for the HOME page, not for the "SUPER LONG JOB DESCRIPTION PAGE" as I thought it would.

SEO Powersuite's analysis, and other free online tools, say I'm not Keyword Stuffing anything.

Should I delete the "SUPER LONG JOB DESCRIPTION PAGE" and keep just the other 3 pages? It might look more professional.
    • HOME
    • ABOUT
    • CONTACT
Also, if I delete that one page do I need to get some redirects going? The website has had very, very low amounts of visits.

I would keep the page. If you would remove your page it would thin your site significantly which could damage your SEO. On top of that, if a potential boss stumbles across your site and wants to know more, he might want to read the "SUPER LONG JOB DESCRIPTION PAGE". I would recommend adding a CV too.

As for your low amount of visits; why would you expect visitors? You aren't posting any interesting content, you don't have a blog or something, it's just a simple personal site.

    Thanks for the input!
I forgot to mention that there's some keyword cannibalization between the home page and the super long page. you see my main keyword is also on the domain name.
Regarding the CV, for now I want some privacy. If anyone is interested I'd like a message first and then we can talk. It's a good suggestion though :)
About the number of visits you are right. I initially thought I could get more visits without a blog, but I don't think so anymore. Maybe I should concentrate on the social networks and post there?
