    Hi all ,

    i would like to check
Is it worth to get HIGH PR domain like PR 3 -5

    There is 3 scenario

    #1 - HIGH PR - No AGE - No Backlink - No DA/PA

#2 - HIGH PR - No Age - No Backlink - Got SOME DA/PA (Below 10 of their PR, example PR 3 but only 10 DA)

    #3 - HIGH PR - No Age - Got some backlink - Got DA/PA (PR 3 , with DA 25++)

Most of them pass fake PR check.
Some are .com .us .co .biz (Does it affect?)

Some domain seller told me that for #1 the backlink will be back after adding content, which i think is BS.
    Looking for some insight.

    Thanks!

Exactly. It's not adding up. No Domain Authority, no page authority, barely any links or age, yet its PR 3+. I'd say stay away.

You are most likely going to be giving away your money for no return. I would not spend time or money on it.

People fake PR by redirecting it to High PR site.

so the most basic method of checking fake PR is:
    1. go to google
    2. type info:www.domain.com
    3. check if that domain is showing.

But the drawback is that: if they redirect and cancel the redirection, the PR still remain because Google update PR every 3-6 months.

So the next thing you should do it.

    1. Go to MajecticSEO
    2. Check if there are any redirection in 3-6 month period.

i think that is all you need to check PR actually, because all those software are pretty crappy.

    Hope that helps
    Peter

Look at the seomoz metrics, PA, DA, and majesticseo trust flow metrics. PR doesn't really matter anymore, it's practically obsolete.

The most essential component for PR is backlink and from OP I all domain has very less backlink so they are fake and stay away from these domains. DA and PA is another metric to follow. Looks like a crap to me stay away.

I have came across many PR6,7,8 sites whose PR looks real but all are fake with no backlinks, sometimes it's bid hard to find whether the domain got real or fake PR. So it's always safe to buy High PR domains with good backlinks, Domain and Page Authority of over 25.

Not sure if anyone can see.

Some of the tools say there is no backlink. Some have. I am confused.
I am considering to buy this PR 7 domain.
Any price idea should i go for it ?
