    Doesn't matter
Check the trust flow and the backlink profile , Shouldnt be spammed with anchor texts . More significantly check the history via archive. If its all good , go with it :)

I won't be worrying much about those moz metrics. Instead I'd try asking someone who has already used their service.

Sorry that I couldn't help much but good luck to you finding that someone.

Is this site in your niche?
Does this site rank well? (use SEMRush)

I almost never care about metrics, always look at their rankings and see for yourself if Google thinks its a good site or not.

I agree with this. You can have all the stats you want but unless you find out what others thought, then there is not a point in it.

Moz metrics aren't helpful. Check majestic's CF/TF and the anchor profile.

PR hasn't been updated in years so its not really relevant anymore

You guys are ridiculous. Moz metrics are one of the first things I look for. I would still check majestic, but I rank moz metrics as more important.

Anyway, you just need to be sure that you're link is going to appear on the homepage. If you end up on a post where the PA is low, then you've just wasted money. Also, how much would you be paying for this post?

    First of all, check niche.
If it is same niche then well & good.
Check the anchor tags, if they are not spammy then another positive stuff.
If everything is well and good, then give a go :)
You can also check the same niche expired domain with traffic search count and use 301 re-direction on it.
It will help with visitors + Backlinks :)
