I found a domain which is against obama.

Should i add it to my pbn?
Will i face any legal issues?

It got some juicy links, i can't simply ignore this domain.

    Thanks ;)

Free speech does include hating, but the word "free" doesn't really mean free. Free speech is free as long as it isn't against basic stones of democracy. So racist crap etc is not allowed (only to some extent), at least not in European countries. In the US the laws are much less strict and you can get away with things, for which you would have issues somewhere else. Then again, "free" speech is becoming less and less strict given the political situation in the world. I don't see why you should have any issues with that domain really. #lawyerbytrade

You can, but you're about 7.85 years too late.

If you are in the USA does that make sense when there are billions of other domains out there?

Sometimes it makes sense to let things go and move in another direction.

Your speech is only as free as your webhost says it is. Besides, President Obama leaves the WH in a couple months. You're just a tad bit late.

If the name is as good as you think it try and find a trump equivalent, then you could resell it or post anti-trump content (like the internet doesnt have enough of that anyway... looking at you cracked.com)

If the metrics are good, add it to your PBN. Though, I wouldn't add it to mine because it would piss me off to have to deal with some random complaint or to have to take it off in the future.

So are you planning on putting anti-O content on there? You could repurpose the site and just benefit off the backlink. I don't see why there would be a problem. The only thing you risk is someone maybe getting offended by the domain name and messing with the site

Yes, of course you can. I assume that you're aware that Donald Trump will take over the WhiteHouse soon right? So maybe you can think of it first because it might end up wasting your time.

Adding a site that is dedicated to trashing someone who has a team of secret service guarding him the rest of his life seems like a really bad way to keep your PBN private regardless of the legality of it. I agree with BassTracker on moving past this one.

Utter nonsense, all "hate speech" is protected speech in America, regardless of you consider it "racist" or not. In the cucked Euro countries perhaps not, but in America, free speech also covers "hate speech". The only thing that's forbidden is inciting violence.

There are better domains available, why lose sleep over something meant for hate.
