PBN sites...so i have a PBN + money site.. SO, should i ALSO submit my PBN to directories / web 2.0 platforms to give it more juice or is this a bad idea?

Don't create link patterns recognizable by Google.

it's unnecessary work because those links are bad and you only want quality stuff for your PBN.
If you can invest your time and money into ranking the PBNs through content alone you'll be better off in the long run because your PBN will acquire links organically anyway, and I guarantee you that many of those links are much better then directories and web 2.0s

I would treat these just like money sites. do not send any shitty backlinks to them. not even average ones. directory sites = shitty backlinks. anything that is free = shitty backlink.

Always build high-quality Backlinks that look natural. Also, do not mess up, otherwise, Google will recognize you.

You should treat your PBN like a real website , because it is . The aim in most cases is to get natural traffic to the domains .
I would build links to the sites that make sense for your catagory // niche if other sites in your niche are utilizing directory links in there profiles them some directories can be helpful for the overall health of the site .
