So if I buy an aged account and want to add myself as an administrator, is it gonna be ok to add my banned account as administrator or is it better create a new account to be the administrator?

pay somebody on facebook who has an old personal account by having him first create a business account and then add me as an administrator of the business account, and then start running ads.

In that case create a new account to be the admin. I doubt a banned account can become administrator of a business page in the first place much less manage it.

It is not okay if you add your banned account as an admin get another account with an active ad account and add that as the admin.

Well if I had an active ad account I would just use that I would not need the other account to administer. So you say a new account is not good enough for simply being an administrator of an old account?
