My mobile affiliate site got hit from Penguine my kws are now at #100 and above.
What about to buy a new one and copy content from my old domain and redirect it ?
Of course i will delete all content from my old domain .
My old domain has some pretty good stats: DA 44, PA 53, 5,89 moz trust, 5,61 moz rank, and other good stats. What do u think its a good idea ? How long should i wait if i want to 301 redirect?

If you redirect the penalized domain to a brand new domain you'll kill the new one before you finish uploading content.

In fact penalized domains are toxic and people are placing tons of links on penalized domains and charging target websites $30 to remove the links.

I have been watching a new domain with a 301 from a slapped domain, it has been on page one for five days up to now.

It should just be the 301 alone, because even i do the same when i get Hit by Panda/Penguin.

You do the same and the results are?
    a) Penalty passes through after a short time
    b) Penalty does not pass through
    c) A or B, just depends on your luck

If you do a 301 redirect you will temporarily regain the rankings for a bit. I had a 301 redirect work for about 7 months until the penalty passed over while I also had 301 pass the penalty in 2 weeks.

Just start off anew, do not redirect.

It takes 1 to 2 weeks. I've done it before and my site ranked for two weeks before the penalty transferred to the new domain. I made a little money, but it's not worth it in my opinion unless the site is a churn and burn site.

So sounds like one might get lucky and penalty might take awhile to pass through. And taking into consideration how long it takes to rank a new site since the May update, it might very well be worth it.

But one should probably be building a new site with new content, while doing the 301 redirect(s). This way you can still be making some $$$ with the redirected sites(s) while waiting for new site to rank.
