I am trying to fix the SEO in my site, it is horrible, this was a hobby site that has virtually no SEO and I am having some difficulties,

Should each page have a separate set of keywords? and should each page be optimized?

Also will fixing all of the SEO issues cause me a problem? I only rank for a few keywords to the home page, and I am not going to change the homepage much

You need LSI on whatever your KW is. They should be made into articles and placed on your site.

You can set them up as their own page, have a link pointing to that page internally tho, and then hide the page so it doesnt take up too much space on your sites toolbar.

Only build BL to these pages if you want to rank for that KW. If your not going to build BL to these LSI pages, still put them on there so everything is "relevant" in a sense
