I started this thread to be completely honest because this guy on this forum pissed me right off.

This guy was hiring and his advertisements were clearly derogatory and demeaning of those people he was trying to hire.

He first gives the impression that the country they come from makes them cheap and then precedes to tell half of them that they are stupid or useless or some kind of crap like that.

I don't mind sticking it to the powers that be, but i cannot abide standing by watching this kind of bullying crap.

Its not as if these guys are working for top dollar - but if this money is useful to them - then fine.

They don't need to be spoken to like they are a bunch of stupid, no good c**nts.

So i say, fucking stop that kind of talk.

best,

Rudy

Your point is taken rudyvise , all people should be treated with equal respect, that is why we have so many problems in the world we live in, but one bad egg does not make all bad, just ignore the ignorance of that person and he will go back into his narrow minded little hole.

I always respect people that respect me. I`ve actually had the "pleasure" of talking to a few hard core blackhats. To my surprise they were respecting other people very much. Not just other blackhats, but people in general. The only things those guys didn`t respect was google and their own bodies(too much drinking and junk food eating) rofl .

My concept is that the guys who don`t respect other people are really the people that consider themselves as failures. Even if they have money, power, whatever ..they still consider themselves as failures. I don`t know wtf their problem is.

guessing that might be my thread... and no it wasnt ment to be taken like that some of you just look too far outside of the box.

I have read the thread too, and I dont think what Lewi was saying was rude, maybe a little thoughtless with the word cheap. India is known as the outsourcing capital of the world, and that is pretty much what it is known for in the business world at least.

I think you are being a little oversensitive and I am sure Lewi did not mean the comment as you are taking it.

Probably me being too sensitive Lewi. I have a history of being on the sharp end of that kind of shit (says more about me). But if the scammers who scam other black hats see themselves in the message - then that post has done its job.

best,

Rudy

Also i said
"WTH - Indian or cheap workers who are capable to work for me :)"

NOT
"WTH - You cheap fucking indian workers who can understand english" which wouldnt be right....

india has alot of good outsource workers and some very bad ones too.... they also have alot of very clever people there too but hey i just know that when i normally look to outsource they are from india or pakistan.

My personail oppinion is that, due to the fact that we are a closed comunity, and people in general dont love us because of the tehniques we use and stuff like that ,we should have a lot of respect for eachother and respect between us a lot. It may soud dramaticly but we have only ourselfs the rest of the internet world wants us to dissapear.

Seriously man, just drop it, it is obvious that he didnt mean anything negative by it. Also we're not some gay brotherhood, everyone is here for one reason and one reason alone, cash money.

lmao, I love this post because it's so true to myself. I don't give a crap about google, Ill spam my sites, Ill use doorway pages, I don't even care about SEO anymore as I just get my traffic through other methods. My sites are not up long enough to get a page rank as I simply set one thing up, rinse it of cash and then get rid of it before any of my AM's see it lol. Also, I can pull up to MacDonalds and simply drive through the drive through without stopping, they'll know my order already lmao.

Personally, I say that people should not even ask specifically for Indian workers. What difference does it make? Simply ask for cheap workers. It isn't going to make a difference, it may even open up your target market by not saying this.

With cheap workers some can be very clever and good people that you will work with for the rest of your life or some are just pure shit. Find the good ones, respect them as they respect you and offer pay rises as they earn you more money.

I respect fellow black hats and white hats, it doesn't make too much difference who you respect as long as they are decent people that in turn respect me then Im happy :)

I completely support the point made by the poster of this thread. Every now and then I have to just shake my head and wonder what happened to make some people so mean. Yes we all want cash, that's a given, but come on, have some respect and some style.

Ron, did you even read the original thread? There wasnt anything which even remotely resembled racism.

I feel people earn respect... apologies for my mis wording of my post.... no harm intended (even i didnt use correct english lol).

You dont just get respect you earn it... most people that are posting here are noobs to the forum... they have no respect at the moment and so are looking for it... i have no respect in some peoples eyes and so am earning it back... just because jr.vip's have a blue name doesnt mean they are respected.... even goes for the executivies, mods, harro himself etc.... just because they are higher up in this community doesnt mean they know more or you should listen to what they say at all (i see alot of executives voicing their opinion and then everyone else following just because they are executives).

When/If this forum gets closed off to invites only then we will be okay :)

Damn, I paid to become Jr VIP for the blue name and respect lol :P

loool you have even worse respect than the rest of us then :P looool and your name oh god gimme4free i dont wanna give you anything bitch stop asking like a noob :P j/k

lol thx, its one of my website name :P http://www.gimme4free.net/

Originally was a copy of hxxp:// gimme4 free.co.uk/ but then decided to change after I picked up a shite load of referrals for MLM sites.

Couldnt think of anything else when signing up and is easy 4 me to remember lol

yeah i agree that people should treat others with respect, but i really dont want to have to step on eggshells in this forum
cheap can mean many different things, in fact it can mean 8...
1. costing very little; relatively low in price; inexpensive: a cheap dress.
2. costing little labor or trouble: Words are cheap.
3. charging low prices: a very cheap store.
4. of little account; of small value; mean; shoddy: cheap conduct; cheap workmanship.
5. embarrassed; sheepish: He felt cheap about his mistake.
6. obtainable at a low rate of interest: when money is cheap.
7. of decreased value or purchasing power, as currency depreciated due to inflation.
8. stingy; miserly: He's too cheap to buy his own brother a cup of coffee.

thats cut and pasted. anyway, point is they didn't mean it the way you took it. youll have to understand cultural differences and because we outsource so much work to india (in order to save money) from a general stereotypical point of view, it can be called "cheaper" to do so. Thats just facts. In fact you should take it as a compliment, some areas of business you guys are dominant in because of this.

Anyway, thats my 2 cents. Everyone should treat others with respect, and before assuming something make sure you know what someone is saying since saying certain things can mean diff things to diff people. I just hate to step on eggshells and worry about each and every word in my posts being construed as something diff....

Brothers treat brothers with respect and of course we're more then just brothers we're Blackhat Bro's so we here have no country and no race we share and thank each other.

*feeling emotional* :sad2:

I think g4free comments really make sense( eventhough mine may not) and it doesn't really have harmed Lewi If he had said " WTH cheap labour for blah blah..."

You don't need to tread on eggshells. But always say what you feel.
Language shouldn't be a barrier to saying what you feel.

Whether you're right or wrong.

Anyways, thats my 0.2c. Its cool.

Rudy
