Anyone from here using shorte.st for link shortening?
I referred quite a lot of people to shorte.st in the past year and I got some money in my account right now that I could withdraw. However, they do not seem to be paying any more, I passed their earnings threshold since June, no payment from them since then.
They also state on their admin panel:

Because of technical difficulties PayPal payouts will be even more delayed. Currently estimated date of payout is 10th of Aug 2020.

Would switching to Payoneer allow me to withdraw? Do you have any insights on this? Will they go bust or will they recover?
