    ---- THREAD CLOSED 07/24/2014 ----
    hey guys,

when i get my sales thread approved and an admin set my thread online in marketplace - is it possible for me to edit the first post of my thread afterwards? for example i go online with the thread and 2 weeks later i might would like to make a change on something at the sales graphic. am i allowed to edit the very first post or do i have to post the graphic again in my own thread and the #1 post in not possible to edit at all?

thanks for your help much appreciated :)

To my understanding you won't be able to edit it as usual, but you can message a mod and have them change it for you if it is a reasonable change.

Well, if it's an image, you can change the image as long as you keep the same url for the image in the BST.

Once a sales thread has been submitted for approval you are not allowed to change anything
and the options to edit the original post are gone. If you need anything changed you can contact
a staff member and let them see if your changes are fine.

hey thats a great idea but in the market rules there it is wirrten:

Images will be held on a third party server, imgur.com or imageshack.us. We have done this in order to speed up the forum, improve page loads and avoid unapproved changes to threads.

does this mean i am only allowed to upload my image at imgur and imageshack? if yes than i cant change the picture obviously right?

thanks for all your answers helped me a ton here! i just love this community :)
