I really recommend ditching shopify and moving over to a self-hosted option, then nobody can ban you. Shopify has a department that does nothing but snoop around and ban people for violations of their acceptable use policy. Save yourself the headache
 
Well why do you want to run on shopify with replicas, I know shopify make things easier but going with other provider or coding a one product store ain't that difficult

I am also switching to WooCoommerce right now from Shopify. Should I change hosting provider or right now wordpress already gave me one can I continue to use that for not getting ban.

Also I am planning to using Stripe without cloacking. Would it work for a while?

If you're in high risk business, you must use cloaking, especially with Stripe

Are you talking about local ecom business? I didn't get you properly but I want to add that an ecom site get you good sales only if you are starting with one category.
