Shopify dropshipping question

    Should I offer a return policy in my dropshipping store? what happens if I do and a customer wants to return something?

    My feeling is that you need to address it one way or another on the site since people feel better when they see a policy. I would write that products need to be returned for compensation - no exceptions but in terms of what you should actually do for me would depend on the price point of your item. If you are making a decent margin on your product then go ahead and refund people or send them a new one at no cost if you feel it is warranted. You shouldn't be seeing so many returns that this would be an issue. If you have a bunch of returns, it is time to look at another version of the product or supplier or something.

    Also got another question if anyone knows : How will I send the tracking number? need to e-mail everybody one by one?

    I would also require the buyer to return the product. If it`s a small value, 90 % will not return the item to you and will end up giving up. If they want a refund once your product has been shipped, mention that there are no refund once the order has been shipped.

    Depends on the system you are using. Shopify sends the email for you. If you are using Shopify, i recommend the app Oberlo.

    I thought oberlo was only to add products to your store? im using it right now. How will I be sending the tracking number to customers?
