Hello guys! About one week ago Google banned three my CPA sites in one day. It was hard to lose 2.5 years of work. But it's already in past, and inspired by this topic, I am interested to start a new niche site. It would be drop-shipping model. Most of sales techniques I will do like Yaross from topic mentioned above. Today I have already selected a niche, bought domain and now investigating Shopify to understand how to use it, especially payment process.

Good luck bro, i'll soon start my own journey with Ali as well.

Today I have selected 100 products from Aliexpress which I am going to add into my store. I filtered them by >=4.5 star customer reviews, price between $0.5 to $20, and order count. I will not just add product as is, but improve product description and title, also search photos in other places, for example on Amazon. Still in progress with investigating Shopify, searching how to add customer reviews from Ali into my store.

Hey,

May I ask you what is going to be your main traffic source? Instagram like in case of Yaross? Good luck with it anyway :)

Thanks.

I am going to use FB, Instagram, Pinterest, maybe will try with craiglist. And I believe in SEO and adwords.

Can you please update us more regularly? Your journey is very interesting..

Good luck mate. How are you willing to drive traffic to you website?

Quick update. Shop is not opened yet. Still in progress with adding products.
I am using product price rule from Yaross:
0<x<1=$7.95
1<x<2=$8.99
2<x<5=$9.95
5<x<30=x*2
30<x<50=x*1.75
50<x<100=x*1.5
x>100=x*1.35

Interesting! You're adding products from AliExpress to your Shopify website, let's say you've opened your webshop and someone orders X - do you then order manually from AliExpress and send it to your customers address?
Am I correct? Can you explain? Thank you.

Absolutely correct.

I did it also some weeks ago but struggeling with getting sales at the moment ..

Hey dude, I started dropshipping in june and did pretty well (best was 16k revenue in one month).
I stopped because my supplier was consistently messing up orders.

Just a FYI, you should add a couple of products then focus on traffic, add 1-2 products > traffic (fb ads, instagram, pinterest etc), rinse and repeat.
You should always test your recently added product against your niche, then add more products. This is a much more effective way to get sales.

If you don't know how to use facebook ads , youtube is your friend. I'd highly suggest using fb ads first because it finds buyers within your niche if you set it up right.

Anyways, best of luck in your journey. I wish you all the best.

man 16k we are still struggeling with the sales, we use facebook ads most time but nearly always people just check out the website surf around a bit and leave without buying anything, can you give some more details about your facebook ads how you did it ?

I like your organization and can definitely see you have a drive! Wish you the BOL. I too am starting a ali express + shopify journey. I like dropshipping but I feel like the presentation of your product gets ruined because of the factory junk the original shipper from China sends it.. just looks unprofessional to me. I plan to have it shipped to me and I change the presentation with like a box, printed paper with our logo and a little message, shouldn't be too much overhead to execute that.

We all gon' make it brahs!
