The least they could do is withdraw all payments from blackhatjamie, and donate to redcross.

Then I'd feel good.

It was the same version as everyone elses, it originally worked but then it stopped working due to a change on Gmails side of things.

Greetings everyone. New here. First I would like to say that I LOVE this forum, so much great info. I had read some good things about Torple and purchased it one week ago. I didn't hear a thing from him, no download link or anything just that my Paypal account had been charged. Then I came across this SL thread and my heart sank. I had sent four emails to him in two days, no reply. The phone number listed is a Skype number that doesn't work. SO, I contacted Paypal and they said they would initiate a claim and contact him. However, if he doesn't reply to their complaint they will not do anything because the product he is selling is not a tangible item. SO, I contacted Citibank the card I used and started a charge reversal with them. They forwarded me to the fraud department and the guy seemed really mad and said he would take any action he could against the seller. The $79.99 was put back into my account and they are sending out a form I need to sign and fax back to them. What a hassle and I really wished I had gotten it and it worked like it said it would!

Can someone tell me whether jamie actually programs his stuff. Or just gets other people to. Because from looking at the program, it isnt really hard to make...I mean google provides you with an Atom feed for your account at :


Which provides you a list of all incoming emails. Then you just stick it on its own thread and leave it to wait then you only need to send a reply which there is a gazillion programming librarys out there to do through gmail (Well i only use c# but anyway).

Only saying because i had a similar project that i was working on (Wasnt an auto responder). But i cant see how jamie can not be updating when any half assed coder could slap something together within a couple of days.
