First and foremost. I suggest that there be no polls allowed on any "shit list" thread.

Secondly I suggest that there be a minimum post count before you can even post in that section.

Thirdly I suggest if you have no horse in the race....then you should stay the fuck out of it!
As for number three: its a bit harsh but if you have no direct knowledge about any situation being disputed then there's no need for your opinion!

The more half-assed comments and opinions = the more shit the mods have to wade thru!

I'm not sure if the "shit list" is to prove fraud and lead to a ban....or more to just warn us about certain members that have committed fraud.

This is BHW and we don't fuck each other over......The rest of the world?...Yeah!

My opinion! Anyone proven guilty in the shit list should be banned!
But proof should be provided and the integrity of any posters be checked.
Screenshots, IM logs, PM's and all that shit....Wheres Perry Mason?

Just my thought yall!

I think there should be a way to know why some one got banned. There are some people that I thought I trusted here and then they get banned and they may still have our contact info and want to do business.

I would like it if in their profile it stated the reason. It does not have to be super complex just a quick description..

I think the problem with that is that a lot of the people banned are just in a time-out meaning they will be back after a few days or a week. I guess maybe it would be nice to know that people are in a time out or are permanently banned...There is a big difference and would affect my decision to do business with that person obviously.

That's a really good point and I agree that maybe it should state suspended vs banned in that case.
