I was printing out the shipping label and ebay said i needed to fill out a customs form in order to send it! first off i was pissed because i have no clue how to fill them out and that's why i don't ship internationally. Also i was reading from stamps.com and they said that you only need to fill out the form if the package is over 1 pound. Mine is only 3 ounces, so do i need to fill it out? or do you think they will accept it without the form?

I do not think so. I believe it is not considered international mail. Ask at the PO when you go to double check.

Not so sure about that Doug. I remember when I was in the Army stationed overseas (various assignments), that when my family would send me a care package (of whatever), there's was always a customs form attached that they had to fill out and attach to the package. However, that was a long time ago, and maybe things have changed.

@bigcasey123: If I were anywhere close to a military base (open gate) I would go to the base PO and inquire there. Just an idea. Good luck.
