This is a common "scam" used to pump cryptos and get free marketing. They are accepting the USD equivalent of Dogecoin for a service. That is not special when there is enough market activity to just dump that Dogecoin immediately and convert it to USD. If they said they are charging 500,000 Dogecoin for something, THAT would be important. But they aren't. And they won't. Because they don't believe in Dogecoin. They know that the USD equivalent is what matters, not the Dogecoin. 1 Dogecoin = 1 Dogecoin.
