I am hiring a virtual assistant for part-time work starting on February 1st. I’m not going by hours, but instead by “here’s a task or two for the day, please go get them done”. If I had to estimate hours a week, I’d say 20. I’m paying $100 a week as well, so $5 per hour... at least.

This is meant to be a long-term gig. I am very flexible and extremely down-to-earth with my management and outsourcing style. You can ask anyone I’ve done business with here and they can vouch for that.

    Here are my job requirements:
    • I’m looking for one individual, not a team of VA’s.
    • You must have a strong grasp of the English language. Language barriers are terrible for productivity.
    • You must be capable of following step-by-step instructions, and keeping track of tasks performed.
    • Knowledge of: Wordpress (for client websites, PBN sites, and my own project sites), domains/hosting accounts, content writing (see strong grasp of English language need) on a broad range of topics, navigation of the wild wild Internet, starting and maintaining social media accounts, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail/Google Talk, general data entry and research (for data entry and content writing).
    • We will be utilizing a Gmail I have built for you, Google Talk, and Google Drive for all of our communication and file transfers. My goal is to send you a detailed breakdown of what I need over the course of a week. Things will likely be added in dribs and drabs day by day. I will require an email at the end of a day letting me know what was worked on.
    • I’m looking for someone in Europe or Asia. Basically, I want someone who will likely be working while I am sleeping so logins don’t get crossed and work doesn’t get scrambled. And because it’ll be nice to go to bed knowing that work is still being done, and wake up with a list of accomplishments.
Here is why you want to work for me:
    • I’m trained in a hands-off management style. I’ll give you a list of things to do, and I’ll let you go do them. I’m not going to be stalking you ten times a day asking for updates and why things aren’t being done. Everything you will need to know will be in the weekly breakdown, and I will always be available for questions.
    • I’m not going to ask you to video call or team view me or any of that shit. No Skype either. Fuck Skype. All of our communication will take place via the Gmail account I set up for you and Google Chat inside that. I don’t micromanage. I hate that shit in my real world job, and have made sure all of my managers have been aware of that, so I’m not going to do that with you.
    • As long as you get done what I ask you to do, I don’t care how little time it takes you, I’m still paying you the $100. One week I may only have ten hours worth of work for you. That’s great, enjoy your $10 per hour. Other weeks it may inch over 20 hours a week, but that will be a rarity if at all.
    • I will be adding you as a team member on my company website as a Web Property Consultant. None of that “Virtual Assistant” crap in the real world. Feel free to put it on your resume or LinkedIn or whatever. If you want a reference, I’ll give you an honest one. I’m not giving you health insurance or 401k or tax forms or any of that shit though.
    • I’m culturally sensitive. My workplace doesn’t expect me to work on Christmas. Are you a Hindu living in India? I won’t expect to hear from you on Republic Day, Independence Day, Gandhi’s Birthday, Christmas, New Year’s, Maha Shivaratri, Holi, Nag Panchami, Dussehra, Diwali, and whatever else I might be missing. Same goes for other cultures and religions and whatnot.
    • If I end up firing you, you will have plenty of advance notice. Doing shitty? I’ll mention it. Still doing shitty? I’ll mention it again. Miss an entire week’s worth of work without letting me know or doing a single thing? That’s a no-go. Don’t expect to be able to come back. That’s pretty much the norm anywhere on earth. Respect me and expect the same and return.
And here is why you REALLY want to work for me:
    • I’ll be sending you $102 every week to cover PayPal’s fees on my end. There’s no reason I should tell you I’m paying you $100 and you end up only getting $98. That’s not cool on my end, and over a year that adds up to a full week’s worth of work.
    • Bonuses. I plan to do those. Frequently. You’ll be helping me with some of the grunt work regarding my reputation management clients. This will allow me to add more clients to my roll. I charge at least $1,000 a month for my basic ORM services. If I get a new client while we are working together, expect a bonus of at least $100, no questions asked, nothing expected in return. Expect a Christmas gift in the form of a cash bonus as well. Birthday too. I’m a generous guy, and I like to make sure my “employees” are happy.
    • Profit sharing. You’ll be helping me with some of my project sites that will hopefully be earning ad revenue. I plan to give you 10% off the top of any ad revenue checks/deposits that come in. That’s not me blowing smoke up your ass. That’s me telling you what will happen.
Let’s do a scenario based off a full year as my "Web Property Consultant”, shall we?
    • $100 per week for 50 weeks (assuming you plan to take two full weeks off throughout the year) = $5,000
    • $100 Christmas bonus, $100 birthday gift, 2 x $100 random bonuses because I like you = $400
    • Two new clients obtained, one at $1,000 per month, one at $2,000 per month = $100 + $200 = $300
    • $3,000 in advertising revenue throughout course of year = $300
    That's $6,000 USD.

Minimum wage in urban Delhi, India is $6.35 (US dollars) a day. That’s about 80 cents an hour. You’ll be making almost seven times the highest Indian minimum wage. Shit, you’ll be making over the average salary working less than half the hours.

Here’s what I want you to do if you’re interested and you meet the initial criteria. DO NOT PM ME. Your very first instruction. Please follow it. DO NOT PM ME. Post in this thread answering the following questions:
    • Age
    • Location (city, country)
    • Ability to write in English on a scale of 1 (shit) to 10 (fluent enough to write like I do)
    • Experience with Wordpress, HTML, CSS, article writing, domains/hosting, PBN’s, social media, etc
    • What you bring to the table (i.e. why you want this job)
Monday morning (Eastern Standard Time) I’ll pick a few people and PM you with a few more questions. Tuesday morning I will PM whoever I would like to be my new “Web Property Consultant”. Work starts February 1st. I pay upfront.

You think you can handle joining my team?

    SH

I'll work for sexual favours. My old boss Joe used to give me a good pounding for a 500 word article. If you can match that deal, I'm sold.

    • Experience with Wordpress, HTML, CSS, article writing, domains/hosting, PBN’s, social media, etc: No experience with PBN's yet but I learn anything needed to get my tasks done. Finished the HTML/CSS course on CodeAcademy more than a year ago but never actually trained, won't be a problem to refresh my knowledge to get a task done.
    • What you bring to the table (i.e. why you want this job): I'm a college student, I'm energetic and always ensure my work is delivered at the best quality possible. Another reason I really want this job is the amount of money you are paying, since EGP is going downhill the USD price is really expensive which makes this amount of money a lot more than what some families earn monthly, I can also pay 1 year of college with 5 months worth of payment.
    Thanks in advance.

    • Why i want this job ? I will be honest: i work 8 hours a day for 300$ a month, nothing more to say here

I'm a very honest person, willing to work for you ! I will never let you down

    8. I have an IELTS overall band score of 7.0 equivalent with CEFR level C1, tested on 5 March 2016.
    • Experience with Wordpress, HTML, CSS, article writing, domains/hosting, PBN’s, social media, etc
HTML, CSS: I used to make some simple HTML/CSS websites around 5 years back, nothing since.
WordPress, domains/hosting: I set up a WordPress site on a free hosting provider out of boredom a few weeks back, and played a bit with some plugins.
Article writing: Just what I have done for the university, some essays and project reports, nothing regarding IM.

    • What you bring to the table (i.e. why you want this job)
I find this job as a great opportunity to work with one of the established members here and it would be interesting to learn new skills and/or develop existing ones. Even though I may be a bit slow and probably will have questions in the beginning, as a bit of time passes I'm sure that we'll work together more than fine. I'm careful, result-oriented and really, really good at following instructions. Also, I can learn fast almost any subject. I may not be the fastest worker around but I always strive to provide quality in everything I do.

Do we have to do the work daily, or can we get it done weekly?

I'm pretty busy on weekdays, between school and my own projects, but I have a spare 20 hours on a Friday evening/ Saturday. If that's something that would be ok, then here's my application:

I'm currently sixteen, living in England. While I may offer my writing services here, I'd actually place my skill level around 7. Compared to my non-English counterparts, a solid nine, but compared to the average Brit, a definite 7. PBN/ Money site? Yes. Broadsheet? No.

Experience: I'm definitely into the double figures website-wise, but on paper, I have none. I know how to design, make, and market a site, but I'm no expert. Don't expect anything technical. If you're looking for someone to code CSS or code software, I'm not that guy.

Like I mentioned earlier, I have a lot of time at the weekend that is usually spent procrastinating. I'm not going to lie and say I'm desperate for the money, it's not life or death, but I'm always looking for ways to utilize my time and earn as much money as I can. Bentleys don't buy themselves.

What do I bring to the table? I'm dedicated, imaginative and, most importantly, I can think for myself.

Let me know if what I proposed at the start is ok :)

    • Ability to write in English on a scale of 1 (shit) to 10 (fluent enough to write like I do): 10 (I can write & speak fluently but I'm not the best at writing articles, in fact, I suck, not even gonna lie about it.)
    • Experience: Using wordpress for 5 years, using CSS for all my themes for ~2 years now, I also know HTML (duh) and PHP (although I'm far from advanced), not very experienced with social media and like I said I'm also terrible at writing articles, not because I'm bad at english but I simply wasn't cut to do it. I've never had any problems with tweaking & managing my domains / hostings and considering I sell PBN Domains I know a fair share about them.
    • What you bring to the table (i.e. why you want this job): I work a 12 hour shift at my IRL job with access to my computer, I spend most of the time filtering domains to sell on BHW, I can easily complete whatever it is that you need in 2-3 days, so I'll always be available. And honestly because 400$ is only 100$ less than my countries minimum wage, mix it with my IRL job + IM and I get to the 2-2.5k monthly which leaves me in quite a good position :)

    Hello,

First of all, I assume G products will not be used for communication related to SEO and PBNs.
I can handle joining your team! So, here you go:
    • Age: 22 years old.
    • Location: Tunis, Tunisia. If it's time zone you are worried about, it is the same as most Europe.
    • Writing English ability scale: 8.
    • Experience:
    1. WordPress: I would give myself a score of 7 out of 10. I used and I am still using WP for my money sites. So, I am quite familiar with it.
    2. HTML, CSS: I would give myself a score of 7 out of 10. Nothing more to add here.
    3. Article Writing: I would give myself a score of 6 out of 10. I usually avoid article writing because it can be time consuming on specific niches for non experts. Time is money and I rather focus on something I do better.
    4. Domains/Hosting: DaH!
    5. PBNs: I am quite knowledgeable about PBNs and their "security" matters. I do SEO full time.
    6. Social Media: I would give myself a score of 7 out of 10 because I am focusing on SEO and lacking some knowledge about some social networks. EDIT: For personal interests, I built 2 Facebook pages (highly engaging) to 10K (both) from scratch !
    7. Administrative tasks: I would give myself a score of 8 out of 10. Nothing more to add here.
    • What you bring to the table (i.e. why you want this job):
    1. As @hasa1015 said:
    2. Team member as a "Web Property Consultant". :D
    3. Keep learning and exchanging expertise.
Thank you and Good luck for everyone.
