    Hey guys! I don't mean to sound spammy, but I know there are quite a few fitness enthusiasts here; I'm just sharing the info (not selling anything).

    Some of you may already know Nimah from my writing service. Anyway, she lost 12.5 kg in 5 weeks and still has 17 kg more to lose (37.5 lbs.). I helped her set up a WP blog and she's detailing everything she's doing on it (diet, workout, when she's cheating, etc.). You can follow what she's doing and apply some of her strategies to your own life.

    I actually didn't really use any social plugin for that. I used a plugin called WP Float, and used the default buttons that the social networks provide themselves and put them in there.

    Basically, I could have put anything in there.

    P.S. As you can see, the plugin is compatible up to 3.4.2. 1 guy said in the plugin review that it breaks the dropdown menu on 3.8.1, but I decided to try it anyway since I don't have any dropdowns there, and it works fine!

    Great results! You should ask her if she wants to do an Intermitent type of diet for even faster fat loss, I started doing that. Basically you fast for 16 hours of the day and eat in an 8 hour window period. Go to the gym and lift weights inside the 16 hour fast and your body will eat through all that fat rather than using the carbs you just ate. It also apparently releases 2000% more Growth hormone (not sure how accurate that is) which increases your gains even further

    Most of the time, she is fasting for 16 hours everyday. Sometimes 24 or even 48 hours, depending.

    The way you explained it is a simplified way of saying it and yes, it can be boiled down to that :)

    Just the 2000%+ GH part is not really true. But intermittent fasting does influence GH, insulin and glucagon (favoring fat loss).

    Yeah I thought the 2000% was exaggerated. Iv started doing it while weight lifting and for months I haven't been able to get rid of that last bit of fat around my abs until I started fasting. Great results too, and the energy you get from it is insane, people think you would feel too tired to do anything but once your used to it, its definitely the opposite and if that wasnt enough the energy rise you get after eating your first meal will make you feel invincible like you could sprint a marathon. I also do a 24 hour fast once a week and a 48 hour twice a month. I also like the fact that I can stuff my face with 2 huge 1000+ calorie meals rather than 6 small, unsatisfactory meals. On top of that Dwayne THE ROCK Johnson and Hugh Jackman both have had great results so its clearly working!

    this may help
    1>exercise /gym(to lose energy)
    2>then eat nothing for an hour(or eat something that have lower calories and wont make her starve)
    3>massage for that part which she wants to decrease

    i think this might work in my view

    It does! Just replicate what she is doing from Week 1, Day 1 and you should be seeing results. She's not selling anything anywhere on the site (not even an opt-in form on there!). The blog is really just to help people who need to see something works before they act.
