Shazam.co - feedback please

I noticed its a registered trademark but i did not purchase it for those reasons, to be honest it has nothing to do with music, audio, etc. It's a name I came up with for a new type of "vaporizer" invention I came up with so has nothing to do with anything related to any other trademark which means its completely original... Thats like saying the people who created shazam music app are trademark infringing on the the popular movie SHAZAM...?

"Shazam" is a registered trademark, so expect them to be in contact with you especially if your site has anything to do with music or audio...
I'm not going into how this movie has never trademarked the said word, but how the trademark can/will come bite you if you're going to the same niche. As it seems you're not, I wouldn't worry about it. Although it really seems that your aim is to ride off of mistyped Shazam.com, but that's another story.
In case you have something physical that you want to sell, then set up a website about it and sell your stuff via it.
Shazam the movie ? have you seen it or is it even in production yet 
The problem you have is as the previous poster said you are trying to ride on the back of the Shazam name,
where as a large budget movie called "Shazam" will actually be beneficial to the music app company (major free advertising)
you site wont. And here in is where your problem lies as you will have a very hard time creating a brandable website with that name
if you think that people will think "Shazam" then think vaporizer, then you have a hell of a job.
It will also cost you a bucket to rank the site but if you go for the mistype of the URL expect a bounce rate of 99%

thanks for the advice guys. I swear I did not buy this name for any typo purposes. I do have an invention for a vaporizer.... I was stoned when I thought of it and I was thinking "magic" when I came up with the idea. I think ShaZam! is a really fun and cool name for a smoking device (medicating) whatever. Thanks for all your advice though and greatly do appreciate your opinions and feedback. if anyone else has any thoughts please share. thank you and happy new year!!!
