does any here have issues with shaving?

I am having major issues with shaving on my networks, and I don't know if its the networks or offers.

any ideas about how we can avoid shaving?

yeah, if ya think ya getting ass fucked around, move to a different network that wont fuck you around as much
 
i see places like Copeac do around 10%...acceptable but places like Incentaclick have climbed up to 30 or more!
