    Do you offer a migration service? I Currently have a WP site and database hosted with another provider and I'm looking to move away from them.

    Hello ,
    I am looking for a lot of ip's for special purpose , So if u can provide me a vps with multi ip .. I will need a lot of vps with a lot of ips , about ip's they should be virgin Non-Sequential IPs and dont leak the real ip . skype me If u can do it please : dbara1993 or pm me ur skype .

    Looks like you guys don't take support serious..
    I have 20 sites hosted on sharkservers and since yesterday everything is down none of my sites load.
    I earn normally 900$ daily and today I'm left with 0.
    It's 12:38 cet and no response on multiple tickets. contacted via twitter, facebook, support page and everything but this is really bad.
    I tried downloading all files so i can move to other host but i can't even access with filezilla

    It's fixed now they were getting attacked, they moved to different server now so it's everything back normal

    If you haven't been replied to, it's most likely that your query was out of scope for support. For example, we're not able to help with any site management queries, such as "how do I install <insert script name>" and such. Our current ticket queue is 0, so either we've replied or your ticket was out of scope and closed.

    I believe we've talked already and your service has been set up :)

    If you intend to send spam, then the answer is no - we do not allow any spam from our network.

    Your ticket was answered 12 hours ago, and your sites are working perfectly fine. If you have any issues, they are local to you. Your ticket has been replied to yet again with screenshots showing perfectly working sites, so please check before making any accusations - that's quite unprofessional on your side!

    Can you please check your tickets, i have the sites all down again. I like your service a lot, but i hate when i get sites down and nothing can be done from my side, sometimes you reply really late.

    I posted a ticket 24th Sep, followed up 25th Sep by myself, today is the 27th I have just posted another long ticket. Whilst I have praised the setup of SS it seems difficult to get assistance afterwards.

    I only received speeds of 150mbps last night instead of advised 'no less than 500mbps at any given time'

    I have just posted the ticket as a fresh one incase my previous ticket went missing in the system. I will update here in 24 hours.

    My ticket from the 24th was closed without a reply. My ticket created 27th is still open. 48 hours later absolutely no reply. I have also tried live chat but to no reply. Happy to take your money but not happy to help. It leaves me with no option now than to attempt to get my money back. I will give them 24 more hours.

    Lesson learnt: Don't take a dedicated server that is 1Gbps is the price isn't true (400-700 industry price on average - EUR) even if they do give you written information that the minimum speed you will receive is 500Mbps. It is best to stick to a reputable company and go for 100Mbps then slowly upgrade through them.

    Terrible service and perhaps my own naivety. If something seems to good to be true, it's probably is.

    The guys at Shark Servers have been in touch and we have reached an agreement that we are both happy with. I think we can pin the blame on a shared port not being correct for what I required and I hope they can look in to improving their customer service as we may have solved the problem earlier that way.
