    Hi,

I am looking to join forces and share profit and expenses with up to 6 buddies (for now).
Currently, I am paying someone I met on their forums (a read-only member account available with this package) to provide me with the unmanaged dedicated server and the tools listed in the subject.
I have only 3 days left to pay for the next month and I need to share the expenses with three persons that are motivated and trustworth enough to join.
Before July 6th I need to collect payment from the other five buddies to be able to pay the monthly fee for the servers.
I will provide the account credentials upon your payments made to my paypal address, hopefuly less than $50 if the group is full.
If you are interested, post me with your request and info.
I reserve the right to chose the candidates, please don't consider yourself offended if you're not the one.
Torontonians would have an advantage over others.

    Thank you.

    I will consider

    Hi,
I am expected to find some guys that are a bit familiar with http://www.simplifiedsec.com http://www.simplifiedses.com , I am in no way associated with the products. There is a small non-member forum available at http://www.community.simplifiedses.com

The group I'm building should be able to share these tools to make profit. I have opened a private forum for the incumbents already.
There we'll discuss how each one would like to start and which tool they prefer. I won't claim the profit made by other, but we will focus on what gives results. I have an idea on how we can use a common paypal account and we'll use the tracking tools available within the software to see how much each has earnt.

    So, trust is the word.

Basically no, the income won't be evenly shared unless agreed between members. Everyone can get his share based on his own work, added domains and so on.
As long as the tools allow independent work and tracking, there will be separate earnings too.
There may be situations where we need to use the same payment account or things like that, I'm not thinking of anything specific now, but that's where we need to make some agreements.
We'll all learn as we work.

The purpose of my offer is to share the expenses with the server and membership which is overwhelming for just one. Although $300/month for a dedicated server, all installations up and running and some level of support is not much, it is too much just for me.

Do the math yourself: add the fees for each programs and add a dedicated server on top and you'll see that $300/month is not too much at all, especially divided by six.

I don't see this working. You're going to get someone who learns the system better and faster that can easily over run the traffic and domains everyone else involved has.

I also believe this would be frowned upon by the staff at SES.

You would be MUCH better off starting with a VPS instead of a dedicated server, dropping link exchange until your sites are built and ready for promotion, dropping BC and using SSEC only for your traffic generation until you can afford BC.

You're trying to group buy your way into using 5 pieces of software you have no clue how to use...start at the beginning and do it right, for much cheaper and it will do you well. Do what you're trying to do here and you will fail, I promise you.

This coming from someone who uses all of the software you listed above with a $1000/m server bill...worth every penny.

Hi and thank you for your input, that's exactly how I was thinking before posting here. Congratulations for getting this far with this suite, I haven't and I can't afford to experiment it any longer. The learning curve and installation took me longer than I expected so now that my budget is done I need to share expenses or just quit.

I understand that the software team may not like the idea but imagine that tomorrow they would lose a subscriber to all their suites if I can't find somebody. I kindly ask the simplified search engine cloaking team to contact me directly on this potential issue rather than trying to use other ways to get to the same point: the fact that I am opened and honest and I don't do any tricks or scam, I only need to pay for the next month and get this working for me and for other pals in a similar situation.

Regarding the server potential issue, you may be right but we will all have access to the server so we can set some rules to share resources evenly.
The non-Cpanel server I'm using has plenty of resources for the moment.
It's way better than the other VPS I have which has WHM and Cpanel and where I tried to install just one software and got into lots of problems such as tons of errors and insufficient memory. So believe me, having a newbie installing the suite on a VPS is just a time waste, at least that's how it was for me.

I also know that chances are to find evil persons or even worse but at least I have a chance, and so have my 5 friends.

Anyway, Implicated, if I get to see this group gathered, it will be partly thanked to your input above and I would like to thank you and if you don't mind, be our honor guest or mentor, maybe we will come up with some ideas that even you could benefit from, who knows.

    Have a great day!

We don't allow sharing of our suite. In fact, we log all of that data and will not only ban you from the system, but everyone else associated with it. What you are doing breaks our license agreement that you agreed to when you signed up. In serious cases we WILL pursue legal action against those involved.
