    Are you even a client of ours? I went back through our tickets for the last few days and am not able to find anywhere where a client is not able to load their images. And none of the tickets I've been through for the last 3 days have been something that was 'our fault'. I'd ask that you quit posting false reviews on the thread and if you run into any issues, and are a client of ours, to contact our support. Please ensure you have the right host also before making false claims over and over.

    No I am happy with your host.
    But yesterday My sites were offline and saying my account suspended due to not paid.
    But I already paid invoice and sent you email with transaction number.
    Then your support team activated my account.
    It was your team fault right?

    But only two times I faced problem.
    The support team response is late.
    Then only I posted here.

    Working with our support team and trying to figure out why the team was taking so long to response, I found your ticket.

    Your ticket was answered within minutes.

    We strive for customer satisfaction, and our goal is 30 minute response time for tickets.. So I was a little concerned our reporting was off. The above shows that you are actually lying through your teeth on our BHW thread. After I found this information, I had our support team send you a message to find a new host as you are obviously not happy.

    We hope you find a host that meets your needs better.

    I can find another host.
    But it was your fault right?
    I just informed you about the mistake.
    I paid invoice already 4th of august.
    But my sites went offline yesterday.
    Then only I got frustrated, and posted here.
    What is my mistake in this?

    I hate to point blame, but since you asked. Yes it was your fault, your page was caching an old suspended page which seems to be from your former host. Our engineers cleared the cache and your site was back online, the account was never set to suspended on our end.

    It's funny.
    Why all my sites showed the same suspended page.
    I received an e-mail also stating that service suspended due to overdue on payment.
    Then only I replied to that email with payment screenshot.
    Then only you guys responded to me and activated my account.
    I don't know how to post screenshots here.
