Without a doubt this is the worst hosting service I have ever used and that includes all the Endurance International Group (EIG) hosts that I have worked with over the years.

Support is horrible, asking for this to be resolved was dealt with, "well you are on shared hosting" and when asked to move to a different IP the response was IPs cost X amount.

How long it has been that you have providing this service?

Josh, my website down again. I know your not monitoring BHW, but I cannot find you on support panel which didn't get replied. Please help recover.

@J0sh, the PM you received when your sales thread was approved stated that marketplace threads require maintenance. As you've now been absent for 2+ weeks, your thread has been closed.

If you have any outstanding orders, you'll need to submit proof that the orders have either been fulfilled or refunded before we'll reopen your thread. To do this, you'll need to contact the buyers via PM (not Skype or email) so that we can verify it.
