I bought a Big Slice VPS managed account. You certainly understand this purchase for more than ten accounts, and there is no explanation that Cpanel / WHM is only for 5 accounts (attached).
The first experience made me disappointed by giving a cPanel / WHM trial license. Only after I complained did you explain that the installation had just begun and you told me to wait a day. When finished, it turns out that the Big Slice managed accounts that you have provided are only for 5 accounts.
Now I cancel the purchase, but you do not want to return the purchase. Your response is taking so long, only after I post on BHW, you immediately respond.

I honestly have better things than to monitor BHW after every ticket that comes in. The only reason I came here now is because you told me to look at it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .
cPanel changed its licensing, and pricing. If you go to buycpanel.net you see that the licenses you purchase for $20 is for 5 accounts. Licenses are non-refundable, the only thing we offer refunds on are the hosting itself, which I'm more than glad to.
I do apologize for the inconvenience, please let me know how you wish to proceed in the support ticket which you've been working with me on.
I posted here because you didn't answer my ticket after more than 12 hours; from noon to midnight, you don't respond. I bought VPS from many hosting companies, but have never experienced anything like your place.
I bought according to what you are promoting here, not asking ... and your service is not as you recommend here. J0sh, you've been very helpful and I hate asking for more help but I'm not getting SSL certs on all my domains.
When I click anything related to SSL on dashboard or cPanel it asks me to purchase SSL seperately. Does this mean SSL isn't included? Thanks
We're more than glad to help! SSLs are free for all domains added to our shared hosting. Feel free to email support if your domain is still not showing the SSL. It can take 24-48 hours after you add the domain for the certificate to be applied automatically.
