Here is the message I was unable to reply on the ticket: Hi I'm having trouble getting into either server that I paid for and I just wanted to know when I login what exactly do I need and how can I ensure that the password change function will work because I keep getting the message password change failed when I tried to change it. I'm trying to install those apps and the block explorer that I needed to run. I am using each server for a different coin. I'm kind of concerned if either one is running because I noticed when I first bought the servers they had a control panel I could access from the client area and I don't see it now. Hopefully there is an answer so I can use these. I don't really want to cancel or anything and I won't as long as I can still use them.
