Well, wouldn't it cost me more to buy these tools than buy an access to it on shared 'hostings'.

Have you used it personally? trustworthy?
I have see such few websites exactly with same scheme and content just different colours, thus, seemed a bit suspicious.

Yes, pretty good service. But some account don't work for a long-time. For example Ahrefs can don't work week or more.

I have only used https://groupbuyseotools.com/ I am actually using it at the moment and it is working fine. The only issue I faced was that certain limits were reached within e.g. the Ahrefs account (daily limits) so, I couldn't do what I wanted to. But when you go for a shared tool you have to live with the fact that others are using it, too and thus the limits the account has may be reached by the other person before you could have used the given feature.
As for me, the account has been alive for 2 months or so. I didn't try any other such services though so I cannot comment on the competition.

You won't have any legit tools for a few bucks. If you want licensed and legit account, then you have to find people and share the price, but it will be costly anyway.
SEO group buy and other similar websites use paid account and share it through their paid member. It's against almost all tools ToS. You cannot consider it "white hat".

This is exactly right. Thus my question above. No intent to offend or anything, but the only way to get cheap AND good tools is piracy. The real good tools cost hundreds of $ or even thousands in the case of mail marketing.
Also most tools do not allow sharing. So folks sharing an account in X or Y service risk getting caught and lose the accounts.

You could try Mondovo, most of the features in these paid tools are available out here without a monthly subscription. You can run a link research report for a around 30 cents, keyword research for similar, etc. The best part is that you just have to add $5 to your account once and that can be sufficient for quite a few reports.

I agree with you, these sites are suspiciously similar to each other. And I am not saying they are not owned by the same person because I am not sure about that to be honest. The only thing I am sure about is that it has worked well for me so far

Third : You have to make a distinction between SEO Services and SEO Tools. SEO Services are ahrefs, majestice ...etc. While tools are Scrapebox, Senuke, Rankerx ...etc
So, decide what you want and then use the search bar to find your answers and No, they aren't the same providers.

Group buys do break the TOS, but they pay for the service and share the usage. They aren't using it for free, putting load on the server or causing any damage to the service provider.
