    Hello forum :)

Today i made my first sale on flippa :)
I just bought a domain before 20 days and i added it for 75$ bid and i sold it for 85$ :p i didnt believed that it was so easy or maybe i was lucky!
But the buyer is kinda strange and i have a strange feeling that after 15-20 days i will get a dispute!
What are you people do to be more safe and have the best possibilities to win when you are on a dispute for site flipping?

What i do is write this on the paypal invoice i send to them
"by paying this invoice you agree that the website you purchased is an intangible good and therefore not eligible for any kind of refunds"

    All tips are appreciated :)
