Share Most Profitable Niches for SEO

Hi,

I'm looking for the most profitable niches for SEO, competition doesn't matter.

The best I found was this article - diggitymarketing com/profitable-niches/

However looking for more info, Please share if you can.

1.) Try to be specific and not generic (Like "payday loans" and not "finance")

2.) And if possible share how much can be made by ranking on 1-3 Spot.

Most blackhat niches like pharma, cannabis (CBD) are very profitable but extremely hard to rank.

Others like web hosting, VPN and laptops are also dead ass profitable too but very competitive.

SEO itself is a bankable niche (When you run an agency/outreach)

Health related niches are pretty good. (Keto, Detox etc)

Most profitable niche is real estate leads. Most agents will pay you 50% of the profits from each sale. Depends on where you live, you can gain upto 5% commission from the house. $1,000,000 house is $50,000 USD in comission. That's 25k to you for providing a lead that buys.

Can you share one example of a site doing this?

This looks really interesting, I believe taking Zillow as an example won't be useful, something small and easy to research on? maybe some keyword?

I live next to head office of condos.ca - people who are searching for condos in Toronto visit the site. Once a lead comes in, the company sends it to trusted and qualified agents.

here is one niche that you can try it's education Indian niche - Sarkari Result ( You can post all education result on site) It's more searchable and profitable niche. You can search on Google about Sarkari Result and check about traffic and scope of work..

Profitability also depends on how you plan to monetize that niche.

Do you think it's possible to make such sites without having physical access to listings? Like where do I find the data to make such sites?
