Share Counter On News Articles?

hey guys anyone know best method to get a counter up on a news website like example

this article has been shared 500 times on facebook

i used a method by just sharing it and it worked but is there a way u can make a bot auto click share.

i am doing this on a profile with no friends so it keeps sharing and no one sees it.

i clicked share about 20 times a minute but u would like something to automaticly click share all day!

I agree... I would gladly pay a service to go through my blog posts and click "like" on the posts... or retweet, etc... anybody?
