Has anyone figured out real causes instead of rumors?
Posting frequency? Links? Hashtags?

nobody will be able to give you the exact roadmap to avoid bans. but you will have a much higher success rate if you start behaving like a normie would do.
would a normal person blast 10-20 posts a day? probably not.
would a normal person start sharing a link everywhere, right after registering? probably not.
etc.
