Posting 3 tweets a day and 10 hashtags in each tweet, I got shadow banned.

How many tweets per day and hashtags in each tweet should I post to avoid shadow ban?

In my experience, I would recommend you use a short number of hashtags, since people genuinely find tweets more interesting this way. Use popular hashtags about a certain topic, research what people are saying about those topics and create tweets that those people can actually find interesting (content quality) instead of using a bunch of hashtags. 3 tweets per day is perfectly fine, but too many hashtags isn't going to help. I suggest you reduce the hashtag usage number, down to 3, even less if possible.

A good place to use lots of hashtags would be Instagram. But if I am honest with you, Twitter users are more of genuine content and absolutely hate spam (or content that might look like it).

It will also depend on your niche. I noticed certain niches get shadowbanned quicker than others

In adult niche you can be schadow banned for most adult hashtags. Use max 3 tags, post sometimes without any tags. When you add link to every tweet you will be shadow banned too
