Setup Search Bar Wordpress Real Estate Theme IDX

So I have the wordpress real estate theme realexpert. I have in installed on my site but I am not sure how to setup the search bar on the home page so it searches IDX listings.

SO what I need is for you to create the search bar on the home page so it is searching idx listings
Setup Home Page v2 like you see here http://demo.puriwp.com/themes/?theme=Real%20Expert (select homepage v2)
Setup few pages with IDX listings that show listings by certain cities.

Usually this type of themes have options to choose page template. Look on right side when you edit your page for something called "homepage v2" or similar. Also for reading, choose a static page, not latest posts. Hope this will help you.
