Hi there I'm looking to set up an American LLC (Possibily Nevada or Wyoming) to be part of a United Kingdom Limited Liability Partnership.

This isn't for tax evasion / avoidance but for privacy, (there is a real possibility that we could be sued by one of the worlds biggest company's though it would be very tenious if they actually could). The other partner has nothing to loose and it would not be worth the multinational suing him.

This is actually a white hat business so im happy to pay tax its not about the avoidance

if what i mention is possible which i suspect it is,

I would imagine that it would then be in my interest to have to set up another UK limited liability company in the UK to then be paid for services from the American LLC?
