PBN = private blog network FYI.

I am going after low to medium low comp k/wds, so how much do you think it would cost me to get it online?

    Thx.

Would it be for personal use or are you looking to sell links on your PBN? Because, you know, the latter doesn't really work.

However, if you plan to do it for personal use, go ahead. It's hard to say how much it would cost. It depends on how large of a network are you planning to build. The hosting accounts required to set up a PBN, though, will cost quite a bit. It might even be cheaper to buy blog post links from others.

You can pick up PR2-3 websites for like $30-$60 each. If its an easy KW with low comp, you proabably only need like 2 or 3, make it relevant, and rank.

I am setting up on myself. Check out Register Compass. :)

    Good luck

I've hosted micro sites on AWS. It costs peanuts (less than $1/mo). Is anyone else doing this?

Does this not leave a footrpint trail of the same IP behind for G to find? That was mainly the reason I did not go with AWS.. Anyone?

Check out Hostnine. Use their reseller package, they've got tons of IP around the world you can set.

Its just to help rank my own sites.

DO they need to be on .com .org .net domains? Ive seen some PR domains for sale but on other TLDs like .fr.

Of course, you wouldn't host ALL your sites on AWS. You can also choose different regions with different IPs for various sites (US/EU/Asia).
