Which country should I go for?
I'm looking for low accounting/gov fees. preferable doesn't require to open a bank account in person.

Bump, I'm also wondering. From my research there aren't many qualified countries as Stripe is still rather new.

Is there any reason why you MUST use Stripe? They don't support that many locations so you're best bet is incorporate in Delaware, Nevada, etc. and go to Bank of America. They can do the entire account process online which very few banks do for business checking.

If you want outside the United States then I'd look for something other than Stripe.

If you're looking for outside the US then perhaps the UK - that is if you really need to use Stripe. However with this option along come the taxes.
