set and forget ******** blog commenting tool

Hi. Is there a tool (sort of like backlinks.co.ee which I have tried out) that works on ******** blogs only?

I'm looking for something that already has a list of fished out blogs on there. Or, I can just add a list of ******** blogs and it will go and comment for me.
