Web design comes to mind...but it would be more of a flat fee instead of a reoccurring fee.

I'm not sure how much revenue this will bring, but I've started talking to my business clients about a company called the The Customer Advantage program and of three businesses that I've talked to so far all have been interested and one signed up. The company is in pre-launch right now, so I can't give a review on the results yet, but the concept looks good and they seem to be a well organized company.

I basically get a 2% cut on all business generated through this company...not a lot, but could ad up as there is a tiered referral plan also. In addition to the Merchant program, there's also a Consumer program too. Kinda hard to explain, but there are videos that expain it better. I can't post the YouTube link, but if you do a search on YouTube for "Customer Advantage For Your Business" you'll find it.

There is more information at their website, but you'll need a sign-in id to get in. PM me if you want that.

Lead Generation services can easily pay $1000 or more per month, but it takes some ramp-up time, and depending on the niche you might be in for some competition from large lead gen firms (I wouldn't recommend dentists or senior housing as your first try).

Lead Gen is where it's at. Any business you can think of will pay for a customer if they will make more money than they paid with that customer :)

In my opinion, website optimization/SEO is one of the best. Since you wanted to know any other thing and you seemed to like getting into the same niche as you liked the upkeep idea, try the following.

o Complete web management/web presence management - Domain, hosting, PPC, and all the other what they might. Charge $2000 per month and there are people ready to pay.

o Security audit of website/penetration testing and related services.
