It is safe to use those services to collect leads on fake giveaway landing pages with brands like tickets for upcoming movies?

I' m using offshore hosting and domain with whois privacy but those cmr services wants to much info about me and I don't want to be busted for use it.

Also there is a chance to collect leads offline?

I don't know but a lot of (most) email submit offers in CPA networks offer free stuff (essentially a give away) of famous brands. These are huge companies doing it and they always put a disclaimer underneath that this page is not affiliated with these brands etc.

So maybe it's ok and you don't need to worry of you have that disclaimer? I don't know.
