SerpRobot has a lot of N/A

Yesterday I started with a trial plan for Serprobot because some of you guys recommend this tool, now I added around 150 keywords and a lot of them still are on 'n/a', i'm pretty sure these keywords are ranking top 100 in Google.

Anyone know how to fix this?
