- The seller provided me with a list of the expired domains they found. I checked them for availability using a domain registrar and they were available to register.
- The "big domain" links were included in the report I received for each domain. I checked the links to verify that the domains were being linked back to.
- Metrics of the domains were included.
For Buyers Regarding Disputes: If you do not receive a product or service as advertised, or at all in the event of a dispute, do not be afraid of a "no refunds" refund policy as you are allowed to request a refund through the shit list process. I received a .net domain as a review copy. The domain have the following metrics:
DA17 PA25 CF21 TF0
According to Ahrefs: UR4 DR1.3 / 314 backlinks and 87 RD . Some of the backlinks are awesome ( Wikipedia, LeParisien ).
According to Moz: DA17 PA25
As Archive.org reveal, the website was used as a pbn domain in the past, for a real estate website.. Last time it was used were in 2016. From 2017 is dropped.
It's not good to link directly to the money site, but it can be used for ( maybe ) tier 2.
CONS: The history of the domain
PROS: The backlinks are really awesome!
