I am tracking 2 sites of mine and on serpbook it is showing that all my keywords are within the top 10 and have been for 2 days now. One of those results are correct but the rest are way off, I cant find them in the top 100 anyway. I am also getting no traffic neither and by previous sites I have ranked in this niche I should be getting at least 400 visits a day by then positions whereas I am only getting 40 which is probably from the keyword which is really ranking.

I understand Google has different data centres but surely they would all of updated by now wouldn't they? Or is serpbook giving wrong results?

I never used Serpbook. I am using serpfox.com and its working fine for me. Maybe you would like to try that one too and compare results.

I think the owner of the serpbook is a member here so why dont you ask him about your issues...From my experience serpbook is working just fine ..

Just signed up for a free account and that shows no keywords ranking at all, even the one I know is ranking as I have checked on my computer and also a friend checked from his computer so it is definitely there.

I have never had issues with serpbook before it has always been reliable (usually updates before I see the changes, but this time I haven't seen the changes) so I don't really know whats going on.

Different cookies, different locations all factors come in place when checking rankings. Serpbook by default checks for USA rankings, they would be different results than for example in India.

I have just noticed that if I type in the keyword in google, my site is there. If I then refresh the page it disappears and totally different results appear.

If I use Google chromes search bar it isnt there neither, that shows up results that would appear if I refresh the page. It's very strange as serpbook obviously doesn't go from my cache so that can't be the problem.

Just compared Serpbook and serpfox for several of my websites. It's giving me both same & exact results.

Sometimes it shows a little imprecise positions but most of the time it's ok

Well, i think serpbook is close to accurate that the other tools. I did noticed different results on serpbook compared to manual search i made in my laptop and VPS and using proxies. I informed serpbook about the problem and they sent me an email which answered everything.

So its better asking them instead
