SERP with Biography - Any Idea to make like this?

I searched on google with the word "anthony robbins" and get a result other than SERP list, also his biography on the right.

Is there a way to make it like this? This will be great if you can offer to clients project "Online Reputation", display their biographies on the right like anthony robbins.

Anyone have any ideas?
