Seriously, does anybody make any decent money with torrents?

I have heard of a few people *locking* the files so they cant use them until they complete a cpa offer. Other then that im not sure how you could force them to do anything that would make you money. You just have to be careful as not to get caught ;-).

Yeah. You take a program lots of people want, (this works even better when there's no existing crack) you make a folder called "crack" in the torrent, people download it, they open the folder and find a .txt saying "go to *** [tinyURL] for the crack"
People follow the link, get on a sharecash for the fake crack, et voila.

Don't give up on torrents. It's a goldmine! You just have to think a little out-of-the-box to make it work wonders...

I tried and failed. Found another method, never went back to trying torrents.

In the past 2 years I have probably made almost $20,000 + from torrents with my best days being around $120 a day.
Sadly now that has shot down to around $20/day and with the recent changes pbay have made (cannot get torrents to stick longer than an hour or so) I have found myself moving onto different things.
With that being said there is still plenty of money to be made from torrents, just gotta think outside the box.

Think out of the box in terms of what? Explain this to a total beginner, how do you monetize torrents?
