I just had a service provider show me the stats of my increases with screenshots of serpbook. It shows that they all shot up to number 1 which isnt far fetched since the niche isnt that competitive. I also trust him as well. The problem is I check my serps everyday through G00gle incognito and it shows they havent moved. I check them everyday since its for my local offline business. What is going on? Why would Serpbook show an increase yet when I check it it shows they stayed the same? Which is the most accurate way to check? Should I be doing something different to check my serps?

It depends on many factors. If you are looking at "daily" updates, you'll be disappointed.

The best way to measure the results is to check the updates by MONTHLY or QUARTERLY.

I would suggest using a webproxy to check your results. SerpBook has a "spyglass" feature where you can see a live results page of your keyword rankings.

It happens. The rank trackers usually show advance rankings I dont know why but it does. If you check incognito after few more days you will be able to see that ranking. But yeah you can be sure the rank tracker is right
