ok thank you, this guy has scammed me of $800 and is doing crap and giving me a pure headache on sk ype.

Amazon SEO etc etc, not sure he knows if its Amazon product that needs ranking increasing and not the website.

I don't think it's as easy as Paypal's dispute process. Make sure you keep records of everything.

I wish I had seen this earlier that explains why it didn't work for me they delivered but I saw no results on my end. luckily I hadn't invested that large of an amount.

I think a lot of these are having problems lately

This is the same person that threatened to negative seo/ remove my site - over a year ago.

Maybe if more action was taken, you wouldn’t have been scammed.

More action by whom? Every time I've seen a seller threaten someone on here, the action taken has been swift and justified.

i am working with this guy for last 2-3 years. and i have never found any issue like this.
he is really a decent guy and very punctual too.
he always mentioned his boundation before starting any project.
now i cant expect a huge rank improvement for my top most competitive kw after his 1 package. is not it?
he is doing work for one of my product for last 3 months, and sales are increasing, rank is increasing step by step.
he is always available through skype, why you are not asking him?
I have 3 live projects with him; give me your name - I'll ask the info about your case.
i think there should be some mistake. i dont want to take one sided decision

There is no mistake.

am not talking about ban. its a decision of bhw ; may be he has broken some rules or T&C.
But, am talking about the post. am his permanent client & got some good services from him and till receiving as he is still active in skype and very famous in other forums too.

ok now I have received threats from SEOZONE3, any advice on what to do? He has asked to take this post down but has not offered any solution to my issue.

Bottom line was, the ranking of my product got even more worse when he started working on it, that is what I questioned why it has happened.

i have asked that guy about this thread, he has shared some proof of works with me and skype chat to satisfy my query. whatever, i dont want to take anyones side. advice is : solve the matter within yours. as far as my case, he is always being professional with me and did my job as he said. though i never kept overexpectation from him too. and he is always clear my sales is not his hand, and in many cases: he helped me to remove the negative reviews i got from my real buyers too.

yes, thats my point. if you are not used him much and not agreed his T&C ; then process a refund. this thread is useless as he is not here now anymore.

All i am doing is asking for advice and seeing what options I have as the payment was made using payoneer so not sure if I will get that back, SEOZONE3 has not offered me anything in terms of a solution.

Damn sorry to hear about this op, as suggested by others above i would keep evidence of everything(screenshots of threats, messages, etc) and ask for a refund, if he doesnt agree file a dispute and provide all the evidence you have and let the payment processor sort it out.

I posted an article I ordered from them & included their BHW username.

They copyscaped the content to try and find my site and then, when they saw their username, told me to remove it or else they would.

Apparently I was going to be “behind the bars” and they “traced my ip and know the site is mine”

I reported it to mods & posted it multiple times in his thread & yet they were still able to sell a year later & scam this person for $800.

Most importantly, you bought a service that was ultimately delivered. The OP seems to be in a completely different situation to you.

I can understand why he wanted his name removed and I don't think it was an unreasonable thing to request. His options were clearly limited as you were under no obligation to remove the name, which is why I believe he tried to put pressure on you.

Crap customer service? Yep. Scamming you? Nope.

I genuinely cannot see any justification for action being taken here by the BHW staff. The ballpark would have changed substantially if he explicitly threatened you with negative SEO for failing to remove his name.

Personally speaking, I don't think this is the case. I've reported many things which have not resulted in visible action, however I know that the staff keep eager eyes on things behind the scenes.
