As the title says - SEOeStore closed my account that I had with them for a few years and gave me no reason why. Had $250 or so in the account. Contacted their support via email 2 times and the representative @seoestore via private message. It's been 5 days and no response on why or anything else regarding this suspension.

it's a shame cause I had 300++ orders with them and no previous issues. Hoping this is a mistake and will be resolved so we can continue working together.

Screenshot show my account is suspended :

Also screenshot of my PM here with the representative :

And i did sent them email that same day so it's been about 4 days and no response.

Unfortunately i don't have a screenshot of the balance - I didn't expect it because I've been using these guys for years and even recommended them a few times here.

At least $250, maybe $260+ - don't keep track that much

Small update on this - after full 7 days they finally emailed me to let me know that the suspension is due to "deleting tweets". I believe they're referring to the $1 free balance they offer if you tweet a promotion tweet about them.

They are saying that I was deleting tweets but that's not true - I deleted them after I got the suspension! But even if I did delete tweets (which I didn't), nowhere in their TOS is or was mentioned that these tweets must be permanently or to stay up for a specific time.

The latest WaybackMachine saved page :

Not a word about that the tweets must be permanent, just a vague "don't abuse" which can relate to anything. They just made this excuse up to justify suspending my account and basically stealing my money there, because by their TOS all deposits (and I made plenty thru the years I used this service) are final and there are no refunds.

Hi,
We are sorry for your suspension, but we really forced to do this due to free balance abuse
Here is some details about your account:
Total charges: $375
Total Bonus: $976.5
Total orders: 318
Total orders values: $1095.5
Your current balance: $256

About the free balance abuse, you used 2 twitter account:
Redacted (which is not found)
Redacted (which deleting all tweets after getting bonus, very few amount of tweets not deleted)

The old Free Money Conditions: (as per you mentioned in the link from web.archive.org)
  • Your twitter account must have at least 50 followers.
  • You can use the twitter account only once per 24 hrs.
  • DON'T ABUSE.
so don't abuse was found!

about the new added conditions, it will affect the new actions, and have no affect in our case
The main condition is "DON'T ABUSE" and I think it is clear

The suspension action takes couple of days of monitoring your free balance activities + the statistics of all of your recorded tweets

Suspension is one thing but you are sitting on $256.00 of the guy's money.

The total Free money with abuse is: $493
so once this amount deducted from his account balance (the balance become: $-237)
once the balance become with a negative value the account suspended

1. We have the rights to deduct the free money comes with abuse
2. if he want to settle this amount the account will then automatically activated

Sorry but I have no idea what are you talking about... What "free money comes with abuse"? What "abuse"?

The deal was and still is - we post a tweet on our twitter accounts with some text and link to your website, you give $1 free balance. I did my part - posted the tweets. Your automated system checked them and found the tweets were posted on accounts with the necessary number of followers. Done deal - you got a little exposure I got a dollar added to the balance. It's all as per your requirements and your systems did check each and every tweet for compliance before issuing the balance credit. No abuse here, what abuse? This is exactly what you asked for - post a tweet from account with 50+ followers. Done. With time my balance grew - so what, I tweeted almost everyday and didn't really spend much because I didn't need new links. Is this the problem - too much free money earned? If so - please show me where it's stated anything about this in your TOS or anywhere else on your website:) it makes no sense for you to be unhappy and close my account over this - this is what you asked for!

"We have the rights to deduct the free money comes with abuse". What did you mean? Where in your TOS or anywhere on your site is stated anything about this and what is "abuse" or "deduct the free money with abuse"? Sorry, no idea what you mean.

If your beef is that I deleted some of the tweets - just for clarity, again, please show me where in your TOS or anywhere on your site it's posted that the tweets must be permanent ? And as I posted above - at the time of the suspension the vast majority of your tweets (95%+++) were still up and good. I deleted them after you closed my account - no point in keeping them now. Is this what you meant by "abuse"? If this is - there is not a single word about it anywhere in the TOS, how could I have possibly guessed this out of hundreds of things it can mean? You could have wrote that right on your page and these tweets were going to be permanent. "DON'T abuse" is as vague as it comes and can be about absolutely anything. You wanted the tweets to be permanent - how about saying so? I'm guessing you manually checked and saw a few are missing and decided to close the whole account. How about emailing me to let me know or deducting a few dollars? If this is indeed the problem - no idea how can you expect me to do so when you didn't ask for it. On Instagram, Twitter and other social media sites it's a common practice to do "shoutouts" which vary in length from a few minutes to hours or more. You didn't ask for permanent but still I left almost all as permanent and the few deleted stayed up at least a few days.

Oh and "thanks" for posting the links to my Twitter accounts, what a nice move (we don't expose other people's websites, accounts or anything like that here on BHW)...had to go ahead and rename, re-brand and change a whole bunch of things.. Thanks!

1. the abuse is (deleting the tweet once the free balance added)
2. we have some clients with more than $5k free balance and $0 charged and accounts is active.
3. what happened to got suspended is:
...a- we added a new filter to check if the tweets is still found in the user account after 1 hour (and after a couple of days (5 days) of monitoring your account we found that ALL of your tweets deleted in the 1st check (after 1 hour)
...b- we complete the check for your all of your account tweets and we found the following:
......- you have a (not found twitter user) with 25 tweets which mean that you -> you got $25 for this
......- your another twitter account with made 468 tweets -> got $468 free balance (less than 5% of tweets found)
...c- after the information from a & b we suspended your account

@BassTrackerBoats please let me know if there is some thing I should do further for this case!

A, so it's the tweets:)

The problem with this is - companies clearly post in their TOS what is allowed and what not. You didn't. It takes 3 seconds to write "Tweets must be permanent" . You didn't write it before and you still don't have it even now 2 weeks after this issue was brought up. Why? If it ain't posted people don't know it's something you want, simple as that.

I did what the TOS asked for - tweets from account with 50+ followers. That's what you were asking for and still this is still the requirement. I did nothing against your TOS as they are posted.

Thanks for advice!
We believe that it is still under "DON'T ABUSE" condition

If seoestore has nothing more to add I suggest we move to a decision by the Judge @BassTrackerBoats

This case was unexpected and there is only one user who do this
So we assume that "DON'T ABUSE" should cover all unexpected cases (that may happened)
Yes I see the case are clear now for all, so I agree with you @Dante12

No, "Don't abuse" as a policy leaves too much room for interpretation.

That is inadequate as a reason to hold @256.00 of a person's money.

yes, I already activated your account!
however I'm not fully agreed, but I also see some moderators like the decision :D
I also added you $50 free bonus for any troubles that you may faced in the last period :)

BTW I added some points in TOS about the free balance that may help to avoid any issues like this in the future

Great, thanks !

If you don't mind - can i give away the free $50 you gave me to the members here? I'll buy them links so they can try your service. LMK

With this in mind, @Dante12, understand that you cannot do what you did originally as it is a violation of their ToS as it stands now.
